Starry Night gives me chills every fucking time and even though in retrospect Halo 3 is not the best of the Halo's IMO the hype around that game was insane.

I've just played Halo 1 and 4. Never really owned an Xbox console. I'd be interested in playing the whole series one day if/when I get an XB1 since I really enjoyed Halo 1.
