It's obviously not just the fat thing because then he could just search for fat chick pics. Definitely food related, which is not hard for to understand since I do love me some food. I suppose I've never sexualized food though, although it is quite common to describe food as "orgasmic" or "better than sex." I suppose it's also pretty common to shove vegetables in orifices.

OP if you're worried about it see a Sex Therapist. It may not be something you can get rid of, but they should be the ones that can tell you one way or another, or at least help you learn about it.

cognitive behavioural therapy can be used to get rid of a fetish, but you'd need to be able to openly discuss this with somebody.
if you can find a partner to discuss this with first it might make things easier, and maybe alleviate the embarrassment if you're both sharing what turns you on.

Genuinely serious here. Do you think something like pedophilia is a fetish, or a psychiatric disorder? If the former is true, wouldn't that mean that actively trying to get rid of it is impossible? 1) You can understand that your fetish is symbolic of something the fetish represents, and try to transfer it onto something else. This takes a lot of self-analysis. What key words are important to your fetish? "Expansion"? What does "expansion" mean to you? What other kinds of images come to mind when you hear "expansion"? Things like that.
2) You can choose to embrace your fetish, and that's perfectly fine as well. I have my own fetish that I don't openly discuss, and I really enjoy satisfying it when I can.
