I'd give KZ SF another shot if it came to PS+ over here. Will not spend money on it (I bought it at launch and promptly sold it, LOL), but now that I know what to expect maybe it won't be so bad. Then again, knowing me, I probably wouldn't get around to it anyways as there are other games in my backlog right now that I'd play first and new, more interesting games will keep continue to come out at a pace that I can't keep up with.

Most of the PS4 users in the west are going to buy Plus as they care more about online anyway I think.

Yes thats correct you can use your US account online as long as your JP account is set to main console.
