No. These places operate as nightclubs or saunas. Some merely allow sex workers free access to attract male costumers - which is perfectly legal -, whiles others are actually pimping these girls, which is illegal but hard to prove, although some people have been arrested in the past and places shut down.

I wish the entire world would stop with the faux outrage and legalise prostitution already. Let these women work with a minimum of security, pay taxes and be able to look forward to a pension in the future.

I don't like the guy, but shit like this really pisses me off. People don't need to know what he does every second of every day. We are so quick to get up and arms over the NSA spying on us, but we don't look and criticize ourselves for our same hypocritical bullshit. Any of you who spouted how awful it is that the government is reading our emails, taping our phones etc. To then come in here and say things like "nice" are fucking hypocrites.

i really doubt he would go to a brothel and i really doubt he would get caught if he didn't mean to, or his agent didn't tell him to.

Bieb (or his agent) has been trying really hard to grow out of his good disney fellow image and trying to look all edgy and dangerous for a while. This is just part of the program.

Except, how do we even know it's him ? we can't see anything

They are saying it's probably him because in one of the pictures you can see a tattoo that resembles his lower arm tattoo.

Nah. He's being young.

I can relate being 21.. If my weekends were documented I'm pretty sure it would be used in a D.A.R.E. campaign or as evidence as to why you shouldn't let your kids out at night haha..

He's exhibiting the same behavior of my friends and I. He just has constant cameras on him which is shitty but it comes with the job. Unfortunately those cameras can have a huge effect on your mental health.

Lots of "news" like this is done on purpose (yes even the "embarrassing moments").
It can have multiple reasons, the most important one is simply news, being relevant. Further more doing this could also "disprove" rumors about him being gay, to change his image now he's getting older, etc. It still could be actual news, but so many celeb news is getting fabricated. If you think Hollywood is fake; there's even a illusion behind the illusion.

Some men are under the impression that paying for a prostitute assures you high-quality sex with no fuss and no drama. I have my doubts, personally.
