i'm 17! i actually came out to my parents around 2 weeks ago, and now my whole family (and a lot of my extended family) know about it, everyone was extremely supportive of it

then i came out on facebook and all of my friends were also completely fine with it and i haven't come across any hiccups of any sort, and no one has treated me any different because of the fact, and that's all i could really ask for

andddd i'm now in a relationship with this guy who i was friends with for a long time before we mutually came out to eachother, and it's been just amazing how quickly things can turn around!
