My town gets in the news for the most awesome reasons...
I friend of mine ran circa 5 miles a day most days.
He died instantly one whilst out on a run one day and an artery ripped away from his heart.
He was 38 years old, with a 2 year old daughter. Scary shit.

Hey look someone lost a loved one lets compete over who can make the funniest funny fun pun.
