One of the biggest sources of sports injuries is people running to first base. Lots of people have no regular exercise then sign up for a softball team, hit the ball, and then run like crazy to first. Since they haven't done any exercise in a long time, they often pull a muscle, tear a ligament, have a heart attack, etc.
This guy was probably largely sedentary as evident by his gut. Then he goes out there and dances up a storm. Boom, heart freak out.
Get regular exercise folks. You don't need to run marathons. Even long walks help a lot.
