Look at WM's from 10-13 years ago. They developed the midcard. Nowdays they're more concerned with having their commentators have a primary storyline than their actual mid-card guys. Outside Cena, Orton, and Cole, has there been any other true angles for the wrestlers on Raw? It's sad.
