This just boggles my mind. Like why? If they thought it was the 3DS audience, then they could've ported it to Vita in 4 days assuming it's on Framework, and then if that didn't work out, they could've ported it to XBLA/PSN/iOS. This is Crapcom throwing Megaman as a whole under the bus. I don't even like plain old Megaman that much, but fuck you Capcom.
Scamco is better. Scamco generally puts out worse games, but they at least put out games people would like to play, and aren't trying to single handily destroy a genre of games after doing the exact same in the 90s.
I'd say Konami is still better than these losers. They're at least willing to take risks like Never Dead, and publish exciting things like that Tri-Ace 3DS game.
