God that screen shot just looks wrong, its just a bad idea all around even if it won't effect much.

Me and the guy from Sony Andrew Pinski, he works on the firmware and had a nice chat with him. Apprantley there was a developers conference in London and he did a talk and said he saw some stuff on Home. His laptop had the source code for the XMB. He is damn awesome too
