I need more than a logo to be exited.
Hope it turns out great.

Now would be a good time to remaster the first 3 games. Get Tantalus or something.
There will hopefully be optional pointer controls. I will end up playing mostly that way when the console is docked.
guys if this sells (which it wont) maybe there will be super metroid remake on switch?
How could they not have had more ready to show at this stage?

How would that work without a Wii remote. Give me optional gyro controls instead.

It's an HD gritty action adventure on the Switch. It's for a series that definitely could benefit from the horsepower of the Switch. It could be a breakout hit if Nintendo does it right.Pretty sure my heart skipped a beat. I can't believe it, I screamed.
METROID PRIME 4, LADS
Fuck youuu
The options for gyro and traditional twin-stick would be proper for most people. Although I'm one of those who thinks GC-era camera controls were among the worst ever...
Nintendo in Kyoto. (According to Cheesemeister)Is Retro making it?
Nintendo in Kyoto.
And it's how it always should have come back. Still don't know what they were thinking with Federation Force. They are doing the same they did with Prime in 2002... Release a 2D portable game, then the home console one, in the context of a Metroid comeback.
Retro Studios helped usher Metroid into the third dimension with the Metroid Prime series, but they arent working on Metroid Prime 4.
Nintendo wouldnt say who exactly is working on this new first-person adventure, but senior product marketing manager of Nintendo of America Bill Trinen said that Nintendo designer and producer Kensuke Tanabe is helping lead the project alongside a A talent new development team. Tanabe previously worked as a producers on the first three Prime games as well as newer releases like Paper Mario: Color Splash and Donkey Kong Country Returns, so hopefully Metroid Prime 4 is in good hands
Apparently not confirmed confirmed. I updated my original post. That hasn't been confirmed yet, has it?
I liked them at the time, but shooters have changed a lot in the last 15 years. Prime needs a new control scheme. Twin sticks are practically mandatory.
WHO IS MAKING IT!?!?!???????????
HYPE!
Yikes..still hyped
I'll keep an open mind. Hopefully this new team can deliver. I'm just happy that Nintendo's expanding their staff.
Totally okay with this.
