Anyone having trouble connecting online at all? I've been unable to connect online since the day i purchase it...

Actually it drops me out regularly too. It shows me connected to the PSN but not online in the game (yeah, figure that one out). Very weird and very annoying. I always have to hit start and hit the globe in the menu and then everything is fine. But I shouldn't have to do this in the first place...ESPECIALLY WHEN I'M ALREADY ON THE PSN! UGH!:lol

Huh. I've been playing the game constantly and I haven't had connection problems. Fiddle around with your network settings?

I'm glad it's not happening to everyone but even if it's only happening to a few we are still part of the community they should, as game developers, try to please especially if they want us to continually support their game by buying additional DLC, etc. This has nothing to do with the terms of service and our not accepting it.

Anyone know how to unlock the box eyes? (Or whatever eyes that one Mega Man skin has) Been trying to look for it in all the challenges but no luck. The customization is the star of this game, pretty ridiculous how creative everyone has been so far.

I have to manually tell it to connect online, then occasionally right when a race ends it disconnects me (Im still signed on into the PSN) from modnation and I have to reconnect.

It wouldn't be hard to use stickers to copy the faces over from the anime. Might look weird on the head/body though. Like this, they look sort of like a cartoonized version of eva cosplayers. :lol Really nice work though. I like.

At least they wait to disconnect you from the game's online network until (as the poster above me said) after you complete a race. It has only happened to me one during an actual race (and that was with the max number of players allowed in a online game, no AI). So at least when they kick you off online (while you're still online) they are nice about it.:lol

Finally got it today and could not play enough of it. So good. Bypassed the GameStop pre-oredered Kratos and saved myself six bucks with employee discount. Still got Sackboy which is all I cared about.
Downloaded a ton of characters and cars. Played several games online. Some of these modes are incredibly impressive. I don't know how they do it.

It features 90-degree turns, a couple hairpins, and two straightaways lined with boosters. It's pretty conventional and more real-world, so my next will be completely off the wall. Let me know what you think.

I am going through the career now - a tutorial video said there are "more themes" to unlock as I progress past the 4 basic ones to build tracks with. Did it mean more actual environments or just more scenery objects?
Count me in on waiting to see how the patch affects load times. The Modspot idea is actually pretty neat, it's a nice visualization hub for the game mods; but it seems overambitious due to how the game must load and render content when building tracks.

I love this game. They got so many things so right: the creativity options, the ease of downloading user created content and the on-line racing. I love the casual on-line racing where you can choose to download the track you just raced and vote on it; that is so perfect.
However, the loading and the ridiculously difficult AI for the single player career really keeps this from being a perfect game. I don't think I'll be able to even complete career mode much less all of the challenges unless something changes.
I really hope United Front/Sony are listening to the complaints about the difficulty and give us a difficulty patch ala Wipeout HD.
