How good is the Deus Ex HR Director's Cut on PS3? Tempted at that price.

It's an awesome game. But personally, I wouldn't play that right before the new Deus Ex comes out on PS4 next month if you intend to play that. It would give me franchise fatigue. The new game also won't feel as fresh and exciting.

In the description of Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault, on the store, it says that:

Purchase of the PS3™ version of this game entitles you to the downloadable PS Vita version of this game and the downloadable PS3™ version of Ratchet: Deadlocked™ at no extra cost.

Is that still true?

Nope, there is no deadline. If at any point you purchase FFA for PS3 in NA, you will get both FFA for the Vita and Deadlocked when they are released.

Edit 2: Just bought FFA and got Deadlocked for free. So that is 2 R&C games for $2.99. don't go buying just Deadlocked.

It gets pretty challenging pretty quick playing it solo, but it is still damn good.

Actually, I would still just buy Deadlocked because Full Frontal Assault is an awful tower defense game, not a Ratchet and Clank game, and the Vita version in particular is just dire. Not even worth downloading. The vita version is the lowest rated Ratchet and Clank ever.

Tools of Destruction and Crack in Time are MUST plays imo.

I also loved Quest for Booty and Into the Nexus so you should buy them too.

R&C Trilogy is a good port on PS3.

Would probably go with Tools of Destruction here.

Into the Nexus kind of disappointed me, I knew it was a shorter game but I only beat it in one sitting.

There is definitely a downgrade but idk if I would say it is that big. ACiT in particular is one of the best looking games on the PS3 imo and it's 60 fps too.

Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime is an amazing couch coop game, for anyone who is looking for one. My wife and I have been having lots of fun with it.

Yeah, I picked that up for that exact reason, along with Fat Princess Adventures.

Between this sale and me picking up Chariot during the Mid-Year sale, I have a good bit of stuff to co-op with my wife.

It seems alright. Looks like the original games were just straught up ported to the vita. Haven't played too long into it yet but performance seems fine(only played the original so far).

How is the GTA Collection for PSP/Vita? I'm craving to play some portable GTA, and I have heard some good things about Liberty City Stories.

They're all fantastic games. I own all of them, Vice City Stories is my favorite of the bunch, has a very open feel to it, great vehicles. .. ChinaTown Wars plays well, it's core gameplay mechanic is additive.... Liberty City Stories is enjoyable, but feels more like a spinoff than the others.

Better than Jak and Daxter, not without it's issues, but worth $5.99.
And off course it's better on PS3

The strafe in R&C 2/3 take some adjusting to.. Games aren't native res, cutscenes are boxed... those are the biggest glaring issues.

Easily one of the best sandbox games of last gen. The PS4 port is good enough, so buy it. You really don't want to miss out on something so excellent.

You only need to play 5 minutes of each game to know the people have made a terrible mistake. Even if it didn't had any technical issues Broforce is not even remotely as fun as Assault Android Cactus.

Just wanted to say the Ratchet and Clank games are a steal at these prices. If anybody's on the fence I'd highly recommend the HD collection on PS3, Tools of Destruction, A Crack in Time, and Into the Nexus.

For Destiny, if I alreeady have the base game but not the DLC, I only need to buy ''The Taken King'' , right? Not the legendary edition?

Nope. You have to buy the legendary edition.

What! PSN says regular Taken King includes both the previous expansions. What it doesn't include is the vanilla version of destiny which looks like you already have it.

So as far as I know, you can buy the regular Taken King and you're set to go with all expansions except for the future ones.

$8 is a steal for TLoU and Driveclub is one of the most criminally under-rated games of the gen. Assuming you bought the Season Pass bundle, you just got a shitload of content.

Been playing Assault Android Cactus and Sleeping Dogs. Both are excellent. Sleeping Dogs looks much, much better than the PS3 version I tried. Gameplay framerate is a fairly solid 30fps (kinda sad it isnt 60) but am I crazy or a the cinematics running below 30?
