NA PSN Flash Sale 7/15 - 7/18

Is there any chance of a PS4 version of the R&C games getting released? I have Into the Nexus, physical version, but I would love to get me some Deadlocked. Problem is that my PS3 has been used to play Trails of Cold Steel and... that's it in the past few months. I'd like to jump on it, but if I could get it on the PS4, I think I'd rather pay for that in the future.

i should have bought this at launch. definitely buying it now

Does the frame rate ever dip? I hadn't heard of this and it looks super fun.

Seems like the Vita gets less and less love with each passing flash sale :(

You know, I wonder at what point in the future Sony is going to remove the Vita from PS+ free games? I could see it happening as early as 2018.

Also, dat price for TLoU. If I didnt already own it I would definitely be picking that up.

Go for it. They already did a price drop at $20, so I don't think they'll go any lower than $8 for a while. Plays at a solid 60 fps and its awesome DLC is included.

The overall experience will more than make up for the sections that have been spoiled for you. As long as it's not the ending. I'd be super pissed if someone revealed it to me before I was able to complete it.

The DLC as in the extra episode with Ellie?

Full disclosure I made it so take with a grain of salt: It holds 60 almost constantly in 1-2 player but will dip in some scenarios in 3-4 player, we do an adaptive v-sync solution to turn off v-sync if it's sitting under 60 for more than a few frames so the overall smoothness is kept up in exchange for some tearing in those situations.

Overall I'm happy that the experience is very smooth on PS4, and even more proud that Digital Foundry have used us multiple times as an example of a Unity based PS4 game that runs great.

Velocity 2X is AMAZING. One of those games anyone who likes 2D action games should check out.

Kind of contemplating getting Gradius collection; on the PSP with the analog nub and the blurry screen it wasn't ideal.

As long as the Vita keeps going strong in Japan, it'll have a steady stream of games that the Vita's Western audience will keep buying. There'll be reason to keep that ecosystem alive for quite a while.

Although 2018 would be a 6 year run, not bad by any console's standards.

Thanks for the good port! I bought the game on PC and just double dipped on the PS4 version in preparation for the Vita port! Is that still on track, by the way?

Make sure you guys buy evolve before it goes F2P :P

Nothing really for me in this sale, oh well. I still have Blood and Wine, R&C, and I am Setsuna comes out on Tuesday :(

Anybody know why Quest for Booty is more than the other R&C games? Anyways I grabbed most of the series anyone - some of them were in dire need of a replay and I never got around to any of the "Future" games.

We're working on it, it's really quite difficult, Tim spends 8-10 hours a day performance optimizing it so that's about all the news I can share sorry.

Ah, fuck. Dammit. The Last of Us Remastered for $7.99. I've been meaning to get the game, but there's this package called the "Master Collection" or something like that, that includes it, God of War III Remastered, and Helldivers with all its DLC for... about $64 or so. It would be much cheaper to get them digitally, but... I don't want to download and I'd like to have the boxes. Ugh, but it's so much cheaper. Just the other week, I think, God of War III Remastered was on sale for the same price too. Tsk.

Either ways, I don't have enough money on my account, though, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I can't imagine how hard it is to get the game running well on the Vita. When it does happen, it will undoubtedly be one of the best ports on the console. Hang in there!

I thought I downloaded the demo for Tembo, but when I play it, it feels like it's the entire game. There isn't any demo marker or signage anywhere that I see. Is something wrong?

I downloaded the demo via mobile PSN.

I won't be taking advantage of those monitor setups.

Guh. I don't know!

I kinda want it on Vita more, but I'm afraid I'll regret it.

I'd still go for PS4. I can't imagine how tiny AC mode would be on the Vita's screen, plus a stick really does help (speaking from experience).

Finally... I've been waiting for the digital version of TLoU and now I can pick it up for just $8. I already own the physical copy, but with it being one of my favorite games of all time and having remote play with a fast internet connection, I remote play it where ever I am with a decent connection.

In for Gradius Collection + Ratchet & Clank Collection.

That's a lot of gaming goodness on the Vita for real cheap!

Anyone who is playing Last of Us for the first time and is at least decent in TPS NEEDS to play on hard mode with listening mode off for the proper experience.

I found it just challenging enough to still be really enjoyable and feel like a proper survival game. Anything easier and with listening mode just severely dampers the experience, and the AI is probably worse.

Also, holy fuck at the prices on of the those PS3 games. Those Ratchet and Clank game for example are a damn steal! Wow. It's times like these that I wish that the cell was never created so that we I could play this shit BC.

Crap, only have $8 in my wallet but I really want TLOU and the R&C games I'm missing, A Crack in Time and Into the Nexus. :(

Anyone have the GTA Vita collection? Are the games improved for Vita in any way? Do they use the second analog stick?
