There is a big problem on GAF - every day there is a ps5 failure thread, either whining, controllers not working or just fails

This is a gaming forum. What do you expect if people have problems? There are many people here and normally people that have problems tend to post a new thread while people not having problems tend to play or to discuss about games, ....
So if you have a failure rate of 10% here, this is just because those are bundled. This does not say that the actual failure rate is really so high. This forum just has a "ground bias" because not every buyer posts here. Just some "special" buyers (those whoe have an account here and know the forum) post there. It is the same in every other hardware/gaming forum around the planet. You will always get "biased" statistics because you have chosen a very specific "part of the internet" where "normal users" who don't have problems aren't reading/posting or are active at all.

No other site has this issue, and yet its a daily FUD on GAF - clean it up. 1 % consumer failure is normal, every xbox fan is just silly now.

All mods have to do is request psn user iD of poster and check they have ps5 trophies and are genuine, then we can all chip in with advice or discuss properly - but we cant as its just full of trolls.

This anti console campaign needs to be put in check, and its so bad nobody believs any genuine poster.

The only thing I see so far is, that there are always fanboys. Somehow some people do not accept, that there are e.g. hardware issues (which is normal when new hardware is launched) and some don't want to accept that other have fun with the competing product.
Should the mods now watch in e.g. your post-history to validate you are not a fanboy? What do you expect mods to do? Check private things about users just because they might be fanboys?

Btw, there is not "anti console campaign". There are just fanboys like always and it is really describing that you post something like this when the problem you see is about PS5 and ignoring the years and years there are negative xbox threads posted e.g. after every slightly positive xbox news (what a coincidence, isn't it?). Just get over it. Choose your arguments and if it is really about fanboy warriors, report the post if it is "reportworthy".

Your missiong the point, last gen there was almost 1 % failures under warranty of consoles, something like that. This gen will be no different, consumer hardware electronics is not stress or life tested so its normal. Yes hardware will fail, so what.

The issue here is that posters then generalise and suggest a few fails are a problem for XSX or ps5 or Microsoft or Sony, that is what is silly. Go read any hardware fail thread on GAF, you will see most posters making the inference that this normality is an issue and sony should do this or that - its rubbish and clear FUD.

And there are some that keep posting, 4 threads now on GAF, and we all know what the motives are here - most who are in that 1 % just replace it by Microsoft or Sony, the ones making a big splash is purely for console wars.

Yes maybe it is a coincidence that the main poster with 3 fails has no ps5 trophies except 4 % on Astro playroom and mainly games on XSX nowadsays it seems and keeps posting his ps4 trophies as evidence (that he played ps4 last genand moved to XSX where his friends are). It is still missing the point = MOTIVE.

Its not important anyway, most people can see through the wars.

I’m not going into meritum of your post but stricter moderation is expected as this forum gets more people and more attention. When you are low-key, you need to attract as much people as possible so moderation will be, naturally, lenient.
