Yeah, he frees up a defender or two while Henne hands off to Brown/Williams three straight times before punting. Good pick up for you guys.

We run three straight times before kicking field goals thank you very much.

The ball ends up going to Bess, anyway. :lol

Bess would have so much more room to work with! This was bad for the fins because it allows some1 we will be competing with for wildcard to get this pickup among the reasons why it would make our O better.

The NHL's commissioner is just as bad

Eh, he's got the opposite problem. No-one watches hockey in part because its uselessly barbaric, but he and Colin Campbell still won't drop the stupid fuckery like staged fights and blind headshots into the boards.

Probably more like college football is going to have a banner year next year if the lockout happens or if these fines get out of hand and it becomes touch football.

Most Americans can't follow the hockey puck for whatever reason.

That and their lockout killed all momentum that the NHL had. Losing the deal with ESPN was the biggest mistake.

HD is a hockey necessity. :lol

I remember when they highlighted the puck for a few years.

Oh hey if the Seahawks lose this week, the Rams take first in the NFC West. What a long troubled road it's been for NomarTyme.

Spags is a great coach who will always have a place in New York football lore. Glad to see he's turning things around in the heartland with his cast of veterans, young guns, and some ex-Giants.

As for Charlie Whitehurst, do any Seahawks (or even Charger) fans have a scouting report on him?

While it seems better that the Giants don't have to face Hasselbeck I always get nervous being the first team to play a rookie QB, before anyone has a a lot of film on him. Hopefully the Giants d-line can pick up where the Raiders left off and keep him on his back.

I think in HD with new technology and effects, the glowy puck could be really trippy. Like cosmic bowling.

Football should try that every once in a while. Black field that NBC shows for no fucking reason with a glow in the dark color changing ball.

HD orange dolphins jerseys are bad enough. No thanks.

NHL can only go up, if the NFL does go into a lockout and the NHL signs with ESPN when their contract with Versus(lol) is up it'll be huge for the league's populairty (relatively speaking)

Still despite being a much bigger hockey fan, would hate to see a NFL lockout. There's only 2 entertaining major pro sports leagues in north america and the NFL is one of them.

Could be Seahawks green

Don't worry, Vikings fans. Moss may be gone, but you still have...

HANK
BASKETT

Rice's looming return augurs some long-term optimism. But all you need to know about their short-term status came when Childress was asked how he would compensate for Moss' departure on the field.

"We've got Hank Baskett," Childress said, referring to a player with six catches with three teams over the past three seasons.
"We'll elevate his turns and get him in the mix."

.500 is more than I even ask for and healthy Jackson and Bradford.

SD @ HOU, eh? No matter who wins, I lose. Chargers are so inconsistent, even at sucking.

Yeah, I forgot about him. Won't lie though; I was surprised to even see a Rams fan the first time I checked the NFL threads.

How do the Bills and Browns each get more picks than the Bucs? :lol

Probably that whole Matt Ryan unstoppable at home thing.

I guess they're home but... the Browns over the Pats? That is much more ludicrous than the Bucs over the Falcons.

EDIT: nobody picked Miami? We're unstoppable on the road!!! 9-7 if we can manage a home win.

Pats are inconsistent and overrated and the Bears...well. The Bears.

There is soulja, ryutaro, and Zepdaddy..... I wonder what happen to that guy? :P

As much as I'd love to see it happen, I think the Bears getting beat by the Bills is a little ridiculous.

And I don't mean picking a team for the upset like the guy has the Browns over the Pats. I mean 4 of those guys have the Bills over the Bears.

Though I agree one of these games is going to have a horrible upset this weekend.

please not the packers

Also the Bills are in Toronto. Not really home.

Childress should coach wearing a sandwich board that says "The end is nigh" on one side and "Fire me" on the other. No worries, the Ziggster will ignore it.
