I'm guessing ??? means they don't see a future in the NHL for anyone in the organization

Based on what he's said in the past, I think that means he just doesn't project any of the prospects as a NHL starter.

I personally love InGOAL because they (I think Woodley and Balloch) love the Jets prospects versus someone like Pronman who rates other teams goalie prospects higher and therefor is scum and stupid.

I think the grade is indicative of the overall franchise depth in goal rather than just grading the top prospect. Though ours should be higher as Pickard is a little more proven compared to some other goalies listed.
