I think they'll play up Fire Emblem, announce Animal Crossing release date and show it off, and maybe show more Bravely Default, Project X, or some other upcoming Japanese games. Nothing megaton other than Animal Crossing in June/July (worldwide) and it's features.

Nothing new.
Maybe MH 3G to the West, with online play + Sakura Samurai for Europe.
