I 100% expect it. I wonder if they will be poseable considering the gimmick. I'm also curious if they stick to just Spring Man and Ribbon Girl for amiibos or do everyone.

Would make a lot of sense for their arms to be like the Guardian amiibo.
Maybe I'm not on the ball, but the Callie x Marie doujin are not as common as I thought that they would be.

I only now noticed how all the characters have a twirly pattern in their eyes, except for Mechanica, the only fighter that uses an artificial device to have stretchy arms.

Rather than vines for the new gal's arms. perhaps her arms are strips of movie film?

Surprise, it's Bayonetta as a guest character. She's just wearing normal heels because they don't allow guns in the ARMS tournament. Kamiya comes out on camera and announces the beginning of a long partnership between Nintendo and Platinum on the Switch. Kamiya moves to shake hands with Koizumi, but yanks his own hand away at the last second and walks out of the room maintaining eye contact the whole time.
That would be amazing just because someone called it back in January.
But I don't know I doubt it.

i don't really expect that many more characters. i doubt they go this long with that few amount of characters and then do "and here are 20 more!!!" a couple of weeks before launch. probably in the 10-13 range.

I expect 10 at most, more if there are DLC characters.
This is exactly what I'm expecting.
We haven't even seen if there's a boss character that will be playable.
The next character reveal happening takes it up to 8.
