Looks like hype is still getting the better of some of you. Reading through these replies shows me that expectations weren't met on the basis that you expected stuff Nintendo hasn't even talked about. It's not even just this thread either. It's a common problem in all of these E3 threads.

I bought a Switch to play BotW, MK8D, Splatoon 2, Disgaea and Mario Odyssey. All games that they announced prior to launch. I didn't buy one because I wanted them to release a new Metroid.

This boss fight is a good example. It's very 3D World -- you wouldn't find this in 64 or Sunshine.
