How many
lamps
should I
lit
before the
boat
boss in the second (?) mission of the second zone ? I found only
two,
is there a
third
?

Hey guys, quick help please...
Second region, where you need to
light the bonfires so you have the braziers for the blob boss fight
i am stuck in an area after what i think is the second
bonfire
. I can't seem to find a way back ?
thx

Theres like a little sticker on the back of one of the walls you have to rip off. Head out the room with the brazier and head left. It's along the right hand side wall before the water dead end.

Catwalking + Suppa Scroll = "I really don't feel like fighting enemies today."

Ninjutsu is amazing. I really, really, really wish Dark Souls had an equivalent class (A.K.A. one based around usable items).

Yeah, i always though about that. Even something like a stat that makes items stronger would be cool.

There is and you should, because if you don't it could be a problem a bit later in the mission.

I can't beat that samurai guy in the fields. The beaufil area that's a one on one duel. God it's such beautiful scenery but I'm about to give up on this because of him. I can see his moves but two hits and I'm dead. And his stupid paralyzing cat...

Yes there are three total. First time I fought him I didn't light any of them and he was spawning smaller versions of himself, still manage to kill him but second run I lit all of them and there was no other enemies except the boss. Not sure what happens if you only use obe or two lamps.

If you use one of the lamps
the adds spawn during phase 2,one for each lamp used

In Souls games, and games alike, the player becomes powerful through knowledge and their dexterity on the controller. Not explicit RPG mechanics that circumvent difficulty.

That's really not true entirely, sure you can beat bosses that way but it's not that difficult to over level and destroy bosses without needing to learn patterns at all.

Had to catch up on 6 pages because I slept damnit...

Game is freaking dope. I wanna finish it tonight and get Strong mode

Wheelmonk. What. The. FUCK. Am I missing something or are they serious bidniss?

When i first faced them i was over thinking it big time now i can fight them on the thinnest ledge and do fine. The key is blocking. In nioh blocking physical damage is always 100%. Is it rolling into you? block, is it doing the fire spray breath? back off. It only looks intimidating really, and if you have more space the cracked side of the face is weaker to damage.

Ooh nice, having to fight an oni in a very narrow hallway with a trap door that drops you onto a switch that shoots fire at you that stuns you and prevents you from dodging so it hits you three times and kills you and then your grave site is on that switch so when you try to retrieve it you get hit by the fire again as well as get sniped by a fire bow and arrow ninja standing right there :)

Why would u sleep, what's wrong with you? lol

Avoiding GF. :(

Here's my list for great action games:

NGB
NiOh = Demon's Souls
NG2
DMC4SE = Bayonetta1
DMC3 = Anarchy Reigns = NG3:RE (I guess)

Haven't played Bloodborne, but there we go. I expect Nier Automata to where DMC4 and Bayonetta is though.

DkS is garbage which is why it ain't there. Haven't played 2 and 3 is just slightly better.

Heaven Flash, i've been trying to get it but i can't seem to activate it. ( low stance sword skill) Is it a hold activation like Iai Quickdraw?

Oh man, insta laser pls lol

Sorry about that one bro

Laser is absolute shit but it really is easy to dodge. There are two kinds of laser hits for Umi-bozu:

1. The first is the regular, telegraphed one that you should always be able to dodge.
2. The second happens occasionally when his mouth thing is already open from throwing a water blob at you. Because the mouth is open there's a lot less startup on it, but you can still tell it's coming.

I just realized that extra bombs, arrows and ammo cant be picked up and sent to the store house.

Pretty damn annoying. The limit is so small in your inventory too.

I mostly look for the head bob at this point, but I haven't been hit by the thing for a while... cutting it really close tho lol

You obviously are very skilled. This game is far from easy for me, and I platted DeS and DS1, and nearly BB and DS3 also. It kicks my arse all over the place.

I platinumed all the Souls games as well and I'm finding this FAR easier so far. You just have way more ways to deal with every enemy that comes your way here and more "on a dime" control over your attack animations. I'm refusing to use sloth especially because it's flat out broken.
But it seems like a your mileage may vary situation I guess. I just don't get the "hardest game of the past few years hype" and it makes Polygons early complaints kinda embarassing.

That said love the game. It'll definitely be one of my top games this year.

yah, don't really understand that reasoning behind that, what's the point of the storehouse if you most likely won' be storing much there.

Is money useful for anything?

Making small numbers into big numbers in soul matching.

Eventually, you become broke from doing this given that it costs a lot to raise the level of gear you like after some point.

Also, co-op is RIP for me since someone else probably joined lol

Regular enemies are really easy and barely put up a fight but I think bosses are way harder than in Souls. Insane health pools, hit like a truck and you have very low amount of healing items.

There is a storehouse?
