How do I open that "locked from the other side" door in the level with the large ship with cannons? Looked around and tried to find a path but no dice. I know there's a kodama there too, I saw it with kodama sense.

Finally started Nioh today. Goddamn I guess I'm rusty as hell, cause I can't beat Onryoki. I got close a few times, but I think I must've trried 30 times now. I've had a pretty bad headache today so maybe I'm not paying full attention, but goddamn, I rarely had this much trouble with any Souls boss.

Thing is he doesn't even seem that hard, he telegraphs his attacks and his second form seems a lot easier, but I just can't do it right now. I think I'm gonna rest and try again tomorrow, hopefully with a clear head.

Just started the sixth region but I'm taking time to go back for sub missions and kodama collection. The mix of souls and ninja Gaiden combat in this game is straight up uh-mazing.

Yeah, they really need to work on those drop rates.
I'm saving time by quiting out of the mission instead of finsihing it.

I've been trying to help out with random encounters for the last 3 hours or so.
4 of 5 matches end up with the host falling into a pit or getting killed after a minute of play

I guess I should just play a few of the high level missions for getting weapon proficiency to the point where I can do the mystic arts missions ^^

Correct. You can also get the remaining ones in NG+ if you wish.

Took me around 40 tries. Over 4 hours. OMG. I flipped the bird at my TV screen when I finally won.

I'm not even paying attention to the story cut scene now. Still numb from that victory.

Modern Ninja Gaiden. Love it. Bosses remind me of Punch Out on NES.

Level 1 region 4 all missions done... Starting to get tricky. Nearly everything is a 1 shot at this point. My run is starting to turn into Gwyn's no hit on bosses rule.

First time through I didn't really get a chance to appreciate how good of a boss okatsu is. That no tell mid range lunge attack is killer when you can't afford to get hit by it.

Never found a way to get there.

Had a pretty silly glitch where the boss "Saika Magoichi" got stuck underneath the floor and was trying to run back up but it was blocked off so my co-op partner and I just had to throw bombs and stones at him and he was down to probably 5000 health and we ran out of stuff so we both just had to kill ourselves. Most annoying glitch to happen to me thus far.

I'm not sure but I think multiplier is just the attack before stat points are calculated into it. Looking at the Attack stat should be enough

Near where you find a purple key to the gates of something, there'll be a hole to a spider nest you can fall into. Keep going and you'll find yourself there.

Who is an axe user? I just need to see what some are doing with axe. I'm levels 64 and I'm crushing anything and everything but I been in warrior of the West armor for a long time now and want to move into something better. Just not sure how to approach it since it seems you right need higher skill or a shit load of stamina.

Im using axe for NG+. Red demon armor with Enko, Fanatic armor with suzaku, Kaida armor with anybody, or demon king with whatever spirit that guy gives are all good sets youll find throughout the game. My strength and stam are both a little above 30 and that works well with the new build. Im lv 115

farm the axe dojo mission when you unlock it for the smithing texts of his armor and wep

The Enemy Defeated Damage Bonus shares a the same bonus pool as Close Combat Damage.

I got 5 in 3 runs with my best luck equipment (althouhg my level is pretty high).
The really big spiders can drop it as well, which makes thing a lot easier.
