I think you've misinterpreted his comment. I don't think he's saying that the left will go to war with the right. I think he's saying that war is the inevitable equaliser when cultures drift so far apart, and I would tend to agree with that, though likely for different reasons.

There is certainly no "need" for a world war unless you deliberately instigate one. And his claim that only the right is breeding "extremism" is definitely wrong.

Yeah it sure was. I rarely posted anything before the exodus. Now it’s a very chill place to chat and read that also accepts multiple viewpoints. I believe that with time these qualities will bring the activity up of the site back up.
