good stuff... i just wish the music played during gameplay. it only played during cutscenes and like maybe a tiny bit at the end of a level in gameplay... i dunno why they did this because there were plenty of tracks (the full soundtrack was unlockable in the game)

The Helghast lose and retreat from ISA planet Vekta. The ISA (the good guys) say they are going to throw everything they have at the Helghan homeworld. Speed forward two years to Killzone 2..

Chapter 4
Templar kills Helghast General Armin Metrac and narrowly escapes a ISA bombing run with weapons research specialist, Evelyn Batton. Rico is missing and is suspected as a Helghast collaborator.

Downloadable Chapter 5
Templar tracks down and rescues Rico and learns who the real traitor is. ISA General, Dwight Stratson. Templar battles with Stratson who uses a prototype mech suit. Stratson is defeated and taken prisoner for interrogation. He informs Temlpar the the ISA nukes have been given to Helghan. ISA are ready to take the fight to the Helghast homeworld.

Fades to black...Scolar Visari voices over the air waves to all of Helghan that they will defend their homeworld against the ISA.

If not, is it possible to upload it? The last boss is just too damn hard for me. 50 tries at least, I gave up and no you can't talk me into retrying.

I bought a PS3 to play this game and I've been wondering for the longest time what year this story takes place in. Is it specified? I haven't played any other KZ game so I'm new to the story.

Same here, I still cannot beat him. Played it literally 50 times like you.. Just can't beat it. I get so frustrated after an hour or so that I give up.

Not specified. Earth is a part of the story though so it's 'our' universe.

I wasn't able to find it anywhere :(

and I'm on a fat PSP so I have no way to record it myself. I try to do it via shaky cam but I might not be able to do it until tomorrow night. I'll let you know.

Man.. I wish I could have played Chapter 5 before I sold my phat PSP. I need to get a PSP lite and replay this. How is the Infrastructure multi-player, btw?

Infrastructure is pretty cool. It's quite active. It was plagued by a couple of hax0rz for a month or so but they've been removed and it's generally safe to jump into any game.

Headset support too. :D

Really good. It's my favorite part about the game.

I'm stuck on the level 3 boss
the walking/disabled tank
. I think I'm on attempt 100. I can't beat it. What a fucking POS. The game is ruined because the boss battle is too damn hard.

I need to sell it.

Switch to easy son. :lol

I had to do it then went back and murdered the game on hard mode.

How far can you get? I had a lot of trouble until I remembered using L1 and R1 could lock onto targets. Then I beat it on my first retry.

I'm on the chapter 5 boss right now after reading this thread. I see what Wollan means.

Meh. Nothing special or spectacular at all, also that wasn't Brian Cox at the end either (glad he's back for KZ2). The nukes was the interesting part. The ending for Chapter 4 was better.

I'm ready now. Bring on KZ2.

Killzone has one of the best weapon designs I've seen in any game. That's why I have a crush on the all the members of the art team.
