Only obtainable via the respective Season Loot Box or at 3x the price of normal skins.

Once the event is over, you can no longer obtain the skin.

Eh it's not that big of a deal anymore as they can be purchased with the in game currency. Sure they are expensive but if you save up its not that bad. I've got over 3k coins saved for this event to make sure I get the things I really want.
