Persona 5 Tactica looks really cute. I would like a Shin Megami Tensei game sort of like this. I guess nowadays Persona is more popular than SMT. It seems we don't get too many games in SMT anymore.
SMT had Devil Survivor 1 and 2.

We did get 5th entry to SMT recently which plays nothing like Persona.

Oh I know that. But it seems like we get a heck up a lot more Persona spin-offs nowadays.

Simply because Persona is much more character driven compare to SMT, it’s easier to sell people on characters in Persona and make tones of spin-offs based on them.
SMT mostly about the atmosphere and combat, you are not playing SMT for character connection and cozy vibe.
