iirc Sun/Moon's last year was $90 before discount, so I'm curious if this is an error.

Is this an Amazon exclusive? The SuMo dual pack was but this doesn't mention retailer exclusivity.

I'll pre order this just in case.
If you have a good friend or brother then this will work nicely. If you want to have both versions feature without socializing then this is good too.

We know next to nothing about this game and its coming out in November, I have no idea what is going on with the marketing on this game, normally we'd have multiple trailers and reveals by now.
Never underestimate pokemaniacs.

Sweet, thank you! Grabbed one. Really like the one they did for SuMo.
I always bought both. One to just restart and play through the gyms with different teams.. since I found that fun. Also helps that you can trade yourself

Ah didn't notice that.
I preordered one anyway but I'm not sure if I'll keep it. I didn't buy the Sun/Moon one and opted for the regular dual pack instead. Have a feeling I may just do that this time as well.

Nice managed to grab one, but yeah like someone else said I thought the last one was $90 so I'm kind of curious to see if it's going to just be both games in one case or just like last time with two individual cases + steelbook.

SO and I did this kind of deal with SuMo, so it worked out well.
I always enjoy the games enough to buy both. You get minor differences and they compel me enough for it to be worth it.

True. Though it'll be much easier to cancel than try and preorder one later I'd imagine. At least that's my way of thinking, but I 100% agree it'd be nice to actually know what's going on with these games.
To get a living dex with no hacked mons and your OT in each one of them (some of mine have the OT of an official distribution, which I'm OK with).

Eh I don't really see the harm in allowing people to get their pre order in now. Especially since anyone who does will generally know what to expect from a pokemon game.

They didn't with SuMo, so I doubt they'll suddenly do it with the Ultra versions. It's pretty stupid.
Ah that's a bummer then guess i will get the Ultra Sun steelbook then if they atleast do steelbooks here.
Exactly what I'm going to do as well. Though we're switching it up like in BW2. Now will do Moon instead of Sun.

It's a remake like Pokemon Yellow or Crystal but you can only catch the legendary on the box.

What's the difference between this turbo ultra edition vs the regular vanilla edition? More pokemons?
We actually don't know much about the game yet to say. It's probably the typical second version, so minor and major QOL improvements will be present, but other than the Necrozma-powered versions of Solgaleo and Lunala, your guess is as good as any.
The only thing we know is that it's based on the Sun and Moon story with a "twist" and "new features".
It's actually very similar with how they handled info dumps for BW2. I forget the exact timeline, but I feel like we didn't actually get any info until the March before the game's June release.
That sounds more like 3rd versions than sequels, which I would be fine with since I haven't played the originals yet.
