I'll be deep into Heavensward then dammit. Oh well. My only hope is I somehow get a random email or gaffer miracle hahaMost are guessing within the month
Does this improve things other than framerate? Is resolution improved in dynamic res games?
My question is: Which big publisher game gets killed by boost mode for Sony to make it an optional toggle?
Probably none.
That's a good point. What's the technical reason for this? I don't understand this abstraction layer concept.

That's what I thought too, but there is something going on with limbo. I switched back and forth like 20 timesWhat Limbo is a locked 60. You've got some placebo effect there.
My thoughts as well but I want to see DF analyze it first.dammnnn...
i guess it is fine to purchase now, if you have a pro.
Anyone tried Alien Isolation?
Holyshit @ Dying Light. I guess I will finally buy the extension.
And Rocket League is butter smooth.
Anyone tried Alien Isolation?
Yakuza 0 is so smooth now...
Anyone test out Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep 0.2?
I noticed some occasional stuttering in it before, and it seemingly already had a fairly variable framerate that goes between 30~60
...
It already has a Pro patch.
Is the boost mode setting per game or is it just all on or all off?
I may have to get Until Dawn now.
A tad aggressive.
I was not aware.
Wasn't it locked at 30? If that's true were their drops? If there were thats crazy considering how lightweight it was on PC.
This new boost mode is really making me regret buying so many multiplats on XB1 recently. Figured I'd be safe with old ones like TEW and now this.
It's just frustrating going through the thread and seeing people saying
Test FFXV!
Test KH2.8!
Test Overwatch!
Test etc.!
If the game has Pro support, it's already seeing the improved hardware in the Pro. Boost mode is for software that hasn't been patched for the Pro, ergo, it can't automatically detect the better hardware without it toggled on.
I asked a simple question and did a search in the thread for KH.
Also KH 2.8 came out barely a few days ago, it MUST have Pro support.
Time to take a breath. Also KH 2.8 came out barely a few days ago, it MUST have Pro support.
It can be difficult to keep up with the spotty communication from devs regarding their Pro support. You can check out my Pro enhancement thread and see if that's helpful at all.I asked a simple question and did a search in the thread for KH.

Sorry if this has already been asked, but any chance this will bring back downsampling to TLOU? Please let it be so.
