Rayman Legends: Leaked Wii-U Trailer

Not a big Nintendo fan, after N64, but this looks good. Art style reminds me of a well polished iOS game, or Android game. And the stuff with the heart, the raving rabbid, and the Assassin's Creed dude looked nice and original as well.

WOW WOW WOW

Now we getting some infos!

On first glance I thought, this looks a little better than what PS3 and 360 can do, but on watching a little 2nd time, I dont really think so....what say you guys?

The style has been tweaked a bit from the other game but its hard to make a cal. Wen they specifically mention Wii U features it seems to suggest to me perhaps another multiplatform title

It's reusing a ton of assets from origins, and the trailer makes it pretty obvious it's multiplat so nah, the other versions will looks identical.

Anywho, I wouldn't jump to ANY conclusions about the multipad capability. We know nintendo was looking into it, but development may have been too far along for them to put it in the game by the time nintendo got 2 pads working. Or maybe 2 pads never happened. We don't know.

Mentioned something along the lines of Wii U exclusive content so is it safe to assume this is not a Wii u exclusive?
It isn't. That much is pretty clear. The WiiU exclusive stuff comes with the NFC figurines integration as well as the asymetrical multiplayer gameplay options highlighted in the trailer.

The game itself is multi though.

Wait, so can someone explain what's going on at the end of the trailer? What's exactly happening?
You put stuff on your tablet and get in-game easter eggs.

Pretty disposable stuff really. Doesn't make me care one bit about the Wii-U.

Rayman Origins was my GotY last year. The artstyle in this one looks amazing BUT I like the one from Origins better. More defined lines on the characters, seems like they went for a more softer approach this time.

I'll probably get used to it and buy the PS3/Vita versions. Don't need a Wii-U for this game, it's already in 1080p 60fps anyway.

Still only 1 tablet per console it seems. Disappointing.

Why is the tablet not wireless? Still not wireless at the time the trailer was made? Worrisome.

Social Networking features and online confirmed.

Some kind of tablet exclusive scanning features.

WiiU Final name.

I wonder how that controller holds up to long play sessions for certain genres?
It is ergonomic and does not seem too heavy. not really sure why you think this will be an issue...

Since I grew up playing CCGs and such I have to say the Skylanders mechanic always brings huge nostalgia to me, so collectable.

Basically I am the perfect customer for Nintendo and other publishers to sell NFC compatible games to.

And I do love me some Rayman, so this is looking like a big ol' BUY for me.

Yeah it looks like it's multiplat. Probably makes sense too when it comes to sales.

Did Origins run at 1080p?

If I ever post something in Japanese which I don't understand, please BAN me.
What does the Assassin figure do! D:
Either way, I like that NFC is being used. Should be interesting.
You get to punch Ezio in his freaking arrogant face if you own the figure from the AC 2 collectors edition.

Lucky me :p

I don't understand why they are using 3D character models now? Still looks good, let's see who's doing this. Could've the Ancel team been this quick?
