I can't take anyone seriously when they say the ending was perfect. Utterly inane bullshit is what it was.

I played the game straight through when I got it on launch and actually ended up falling asleep during the ending just after

started talking. Looking back, I wish I hadn't beaten it again once I woke up to see what I'd missed.

There are some great moments and it's mostly a fun game for sure but the plot just totally falls to pieces and drags a lot of stuff from older games down with it if you think about it for more than two seconds.

It was the perfect ending for such an insane franchise.

I wanted Snake to have that beard from the early Shinkawa art.

Absolutely loved everything about this game except for the Octocamo. It made it far too easy.

Yeah, but you had the option of going MGS3 manual camo gameplay in the equipment menu I think.

Then again, it was always a "why bother" thing with that option in this game.
