Silent Hill arcade? Tekken 6 to be shown tomorrow?

I can't get over "Silent Hill: The Arcade." It just seems like a giant dump in all of our faces.

They came up with a shitty subtitle and hug strips of shit from the machine.

Is the animation really improved? One aspect of next-gen fighters that I hope will be taken to the next level... Damn I can't wait to get home so I can see the trailer :(
 
I don't think Leo is a boy... Leo sounds like a girl to me. Zafina's moves look totally hot. the game looks nice although the animation for the old characters seems exactly the same as T5DR, but I'm hoping that it'll improve later on. Technically I don't think the game looks better than VF5, but as far as design and pure aesthetics go, this game is way better than VF5 IMO. The customization looks far more advanced than VF5 too.

Maybe they are testing Silent Hill:Arcade so that the console versions will be like their 2nd generation version. Understand?
 
Is this the VF5 engine? It looks similar

I can't help but be a little dissapointed. It looks like a beefed up Tekken DR in those small pics. I was hoping they'd atleast make use of skin textures, come on Japanese devs. Games like Fight Night have such better character models!

I think Leo is actually a girl in drag. Look at those buckles; they seem to be holding her chest in, and one looks like it is under her bosom

I strongly feel that Tekken 5 (and DR) has better Art Direction then this upcomming Tekken 6

They even give you fair warning by making you pass through a gate of black toilet paper. Last time I did that was at my high school prom.
 
Is the Jack's scene hint at fully customizable character? It looks cool though the whole things a bit too hollow but there is still sometime, right?

Yeah I saw it, that gypsie girl's moves are pretty damn nice. As for art direction, I dont really see the difference. I mean its two new characters, just gotta get used to it. Or better yet, dont play as those specific characters. It's not like it's an adventure game and you're stuck with that one person to play with.

Who cares? Tekken has always had generic character designs.

but before any mods say anything, I like the Tekken series, I even like T4 if that means anything

when I first saw the first Tekken 5 E3 trailer from way back then, I loved it I wanted to play T5 so bad.

Now, I feel the opposite, I see that Tekken 6 teaser trailer and man, I don't like it

I totally agree.

I love the VF series to death (mainly because I love the gameplay), but honestly Tekken just has more style, better music, and better art. VF5 is actually much better in this regard than previous games in the series, but ultimately, there are just some really awesome and creative people at Namco. Those stages look really hot :)

i'm ready to download that, it doesn't mater if I buy VF5 and Sonic Secret Rings on the same day

i will be playing Q*bert in HD, believe
 
I need to see an HD video or at least something of better quality than this. It looks like a lot of detail is lost in this quality of trailer.
 
The one thing I don't like about the trailer is that everything still looks relatively clean. It's too angular and too clean to be realistic...borrow some shit from Silent Hill: The Arcade and throw it about the levels. I want dirt and stuff to kick up as I fight. I don't think every building should be a square.

Also, the lighting is flat and needs work.

Other than that, nice character models and art direction.
