I really hope Wikipedia and other sites are wrong in the tracks that have been identified based on screenshots/captures from video trailers so far. Hopefully, they're just different sections of the same courses.

If this list is accurate, some franchises are getting far too much representation, which reduces the amount of franchises that will get any rep at all. There's going to be 24 tracks in the game, but there's 15 here already. Five Sonic tracks is too many considering that none of the seem based on any of the classic Sonic games (meaning we're going to get more, or there won't be a classic Sonic track at all). As for Samba De Amigo, are two tracks really necessary for a one-off game (remakes aside) in which the environments are just backdrops? And as much as I love the Jet Set Radio games, do we really need three tracks?
I don't mind if franchises got multiple tracks by way of DLC, but to start with, I'd rather see a wider representation of franchises that aren't getting playable characters.
For now, since this is all based on speculation from screenshots and the like, I'm going to give Sumo the benefit of the doubt, as SST was so damn good with it's representation in terms of courts and minigames, I'm going to assume the same is true of the tracks here. Still, seeing the full track list would make me feel a little better.
