Sony's 2011 PS3 (Not on 360) Line-up

I loved the first inFamous but inFamous 2 looks even better with the new powers, especially lifting up cars and this

infamous 2, Uncharted 3, LBP2, killzone 3, DC universe, mass effect 3 and Team ICO Collection are all on my radar:D

Really, a lot of niche/forgettable stuff on this list. Granted it is varied and not just about killing things.

Five games I listed above are what I will definitely be getting not to mention they are absolute killer apps. Apart from those four I think there are only like Four other PS3 games I will be getting next year. Really depends, delays happen. Figure that a third of this list will get some sort of a delay.

Quite, Xillia is a long way off if ever for an international release. I doubt Versus will make it next year either. Ni no Kuni will be it next year I believe.
 
Versus XIII is a wild card. I do believe Agito will release first though. Versus I could see end of 2011 in Japan, or early 2012. Leaning toward 2012 but we'll find out in less than a month hopefully.
 
I wasn't exactly blown away by Infamous, but I had a good enough time with it so I might yet pick it up on launch. Uncharted 3, The Last Guardian and the ICO collection are day ones.

Forgot about Agito, that'll make it out next year I think. I don't mind though, long RPGs aren't something I can play many times in a year, Agito and Ni no Kuni next year, Xillia and Versus for 2012 seems awesome to me.
 
Insane lineup, though I guess there's no hope for Starhawk or Syphon Filter, the two games I wanted more than anything, and for a long time was expecting in '11. Either or both of them would make this the best console lineup I could ever ask for, but it's still damn good.
 
Sony will have a lot on their plate for next year. They need to space out their titles and try take advantage of the traditionally dry summer months to release their lesser titles, then price drop the PS3 in the fall right before R3 and U3. How they handle PSP2 will be quite interesting as well. Either way, I will be a poor man come this time next year.

and I don't care. :)

Damn right, me too. Been itching to see more since E3. Hope Sony give us another peek at it soon. It could turn out to be either 100% brilliant, or totally poo. Just really hope The Workshop make a decent, rich, interesting game out of the good concept.

I'd be a lot more interested in that if I knew who the developer behind it was. Not their name, I know that, i'm talking about what types of games the people from that company have made before. So many of Sony's early Move games were made by unknown companies and it showed. The Workshop is really no different as of now.
 
First half of 2010 was great PS3 wise but the last half was pretty weak exclusive wise (still had good multi-platform games).

But 2011 is looking pretty amazing... Pretty much all games listed is first day purchases for me. OP forgot DC Online too right (though it will appear on PC too)?

Wasn't the Oddworld creator staunchest of all anti-Sony developers? His name escapes me at the moment but he used to whine fart and cry about how difficult PS2 was. What happened? Quick, to the Wikimobile!
 
LittleBigPlanet 2 will surprise some, I think.

The beta has made tremendous strides over the past few months. It is looking VERY good.

He was but this game is being ported by Just Add Water, they previously made Gravity Crash on PSN.
 
And that's just exclusives. Counting multiplatform games (like Batman: AC and others), 2011 is gonna be an insane year.

Lots of games, but nothing that interests me, maybe besides the OddBox. I'm still hoping for some decent GoW3 DLC.

Edit: And the BttF game, obviously.
 
LittleBigPlanet 2 I loved the first one, I'm getting this for sure.

Hyperdimension Neptunia I don't like the character designs, but I liked Trinity Universe and Atelier Rorona despite not liking the character designs in those games too... I'll get it.

Oddworld: Strangers Wrath Is this game very funny like the first one?

Yakuza 4 I loved 1,2, Kenzan and 3. No doubt I am getting number 4. I'd love the psp Yakuza too.

MotorStorm Apocalypse I still haven't finished MS: PR, I am so bad at the game :( I'll skip this.

Ar Tonelico III I've wanted to play the prequels. Guess I'll jump right into the third.

Sorcery Looks interesting. Not sure how big of a game it is yet.

Team ICO Collection Getting this day one.

Disgaea 4 I Have Disgaea 1psp, 2psp and 3. I'm getting 4 without doubt.

inFamous 2 I thought the first one was fun. But very unappealing visually and character / story wise. Not sure.

Uncharted 3 No doubt I'm getting it.

Ratchet All 4 One Loved the 3 other ones on ps3. I'm getting this one too.

Playstation Move Heroes Not sure.

Twisted Metal Maybe getting this as a party-game?

White Knight Chronicles 2 The first one was fun, but too slow. The sequel looks a lot better. I'm getting it.

Journey Getting it. Looks lovely.

Nino Kuni I love Ghibli, I'm getting it.

Rune Factory: Oceans Loved Rune Factory on wii and DS. If I'm not getting it, my wife will get it ;)

The Last Guardian Getting it.

Way of the samurai 4 I was really surprised by how much I loved the previous one. I must have this!

PixelJunk Shooter 2 Yeah, I am a big Pixeljunk fan. Got them all, getting this one too.

Atelier Totori Liked Rorona, getting this one too.

No More Heroes Not sure. Looks wacky. I love wacky, but I've heard it's a bad port.
