Hmm, hard to say no to $4.99.

I don't see this on Steam, I'm guessing a mock-up?

damn should of purchased oblivion but didn't feel like adding money to steam that day, heh.

got f3 though, already played throguh it but gonna mod it up i guess.

Been playing Splinter Cell: Conviction (I bought it during Ubi week forever ago), and I'm digging the shit out of it.

I'm not too big a fan of the other SC games though, or stealth in general. The Mark and Execute mechanic is so much fun.

I'm not sure if I want to grab the Humble Bundle 3 or not. It's for a good cause, but I don't think I'd ever play any of those games. Except maybe VVVVVV or Crayon Physics.

VVVVV is excellent. But you'd also get HB2, and all those games. There's alot to try out.

Yeah it can be very gratifying when things start clicking.

Exactly. I thought it was kind of useless at first, but I figured out the best way was to mark dudes->attack unmarked dude->kick ass. Throw in gadgets and stuff to destroy whoever you didn't get in that storm-of-marking is even sweeter.

I'm now on the level where you sneak into Third Echelon, and I see it has security cams....I HATE security cam levels :/.

i have no idea why donating 3-5$ to charity and getting like 10+ steams games to pad up your games list count is such a hard decision, it's a no brainer.

and it's always fun to try out a random game just for kicks since i've only heard of like 2-3 of em. get it!~

The second half of that level has a brilliant pay off though, one you are guaranteed to appreciate.

Because I attach this notion that I'm buying these things that I will never play. I really don't need to add more games on my Steam library when I have about 130 games now that I won't play.

What's the best FO3 DLC? I'm gonna pick one up. I don't remember anyone talking about it on podcasts.
Point Lookout, by a country mile. It has the best atmosphere, the most interesting area, and some of the best quests.

Can someone in the US gift me Fallout 3 GOTY? PayPal in return.

Is the GOTY just a bundle of Fallout 3 with the DLC or is it one file? If it's one file I'll hold out on New Vegas until that gets a GOTY too.

Heh. Because of the bad pricing in Australia, Fallout 3 GOTY is $16.49 while buying the same stuff separately is $15.20.

Is Brink free weekend over yet? Coz I see lots of folks playing online.
Ended about 12 hours ago or so.

Probably just brought people back in, the TF2 weekends would do this. Especially if they prodded a bunch of friends to try it out.

Fresh meat... Nicey. Hope they won't drop the game in the near future: I'm just warmed up.

I need to ask this.

I'm am setting up my laptop for my little brother for when he goes overseas with some Steam games. I copied the games i wanted from Steamapps>Common to the Laptop of the same name.

When i check Steam all the games are greyed out as if the games havent being installed yet. When i open a game i copied it downloads but it doesn't 'download'. I assume it is just verifying my files? Because it literally takes moments instead of the hours it normally it takes to download in Australia. I ask because i dont want to waste bandwidth.

Guys tell me how offline mode works aswell, how do i enable it?

one thing i don't like about free weekends is how the games don't uninstall cleanly
still having remnants of brink in my system
any figured a way to keep the steam folder clean?

I buy it, but only if its not 5$ = 5€ (im not supporting this 1$ = 1€ stuff from steam)

Hm. SMB looks to not be 15=15, but it's still more expensive to buy with € than $.

You could ask Edmund on Twitter how he's going to do international pricing.

Huh, I was under the impression that this was ubiquitous throughout steam?

Delete the folder in /common. Might need to get rid of a GCF as well if there are any.

Dear indie devs,

Zombies and pirates... lay off of em for a while.
