I got DE:HR from Gamersgate and now I've put my key in Steam I got a pop-up message saying thank you and to pre-load it. It also says I get the TF2 items for it?

I know people from GMG didn't get them, so I'm not sure if that's accurate, but if anyone wants them if I do get them let me know.

I'm looking for Rage pre-orders, Fallout: NV DLC and Limbo.

You won't have them, it's only for steam purchases.

i got the message too but my GMG copy of it didn't give me any TF2 love

The image is very vague so I contacted Steam support and asked, they said steam purchases only

Yeah, it's very poorly worded. A different one should trigger for non-Steam buys, if that would be possible.

I know the questions regarding if the items are there or not have been answered, but I figured I'd answer these questions as well. For example: If I would've had pre-ordered Deus Ex or any other game, as soon as the items are available in TF2, they're mine. I won't have to wait until I download and/or play the pre-loaded game since the purchase is proof enough. As long as the items are in-game, you can just boot up TF2 and you should get a "you have new items! message. I hope that clears up any confusion!

never going to happen, square enix / Eidos was working on them to get them ported to run on current OS's but it was a pointless task considering those games ran as such a low resolution and would look really blocky.
