Stuff your face with Cheesy Gorditas to win Vitas

I have pretty much given up hope as of today that I am actually going to win a Vita. I was an honest Mon Jan 30th winner and didn't try to "game the system". Knew it was too good to be true. What a fucking crock of shit. Guess it would have been worse if I actually really wanted a Vita badly.
 
Well last I heard the texting option isn't working so who knows what is going on over there. They really managed to mess this thing up big time.

Edit: apparently taco bell messed up the coding bad for the website bad. Supposedly you could just go to the page where you enter your info if you knew the url or something. So they were probably flooded with "winning" info. So if you're a monday winner or it has been way too long and you still haven't gotten a verification email you might want to start trying to contact ventura/tb at this point.
 
Still, it seems like most of the problems are people who won on January 30th. There are plenty of people who won later not having problems, it's worth it to still play, right?
 
Well they did apparently fix the link to the page to enter your info but I'd do codes on the website atm unless someone can confirm the texting option is working again.

Should be. Just don't text it in, the largest percentage of wins seems to be via the website.
 
Just texted my code, and I still haven't received a response back whether I won or not.

Same thing is happening to me and when i tried to put the same code in to the website it said it's already been used :(
 
Bought two boxes, entered my code 5am Eastern time...

It was a random compulsive gesture, I don't even know where to see if my code had won (I don't really feel like downloading the app).

You don't have to download the app, wherever you entered your code should have told you immediately. Taco Bell is fucking this up pretty badly.

Same here. I give up, I tried twice, but I just can't in good conscience eat Taco Bell again any time soon.
 
my app wont even load since they updated it a few days ago. loads the "loading" screen then back to my home screen. Have deleted, rebooted and redownloaded and still the same
 
This contest sucks! Went to Taco Bell on Saturday and they must be out of these boxes because I just got the regular one. If I had noticed earlier I would have just taken it back and asked for my money back since that was the only reason why I bought it.
 
If you are going to enter a code make sure to do it on the computer right now. The texting appears to be completely down from what I have heard.
 
Time to get back on the Vita-horse. Just got a new code.

EDIT: It's 4:32 now, counter hasn't budged since at least 3. Good times.
 
Wow, it's been at 1281 since 2 or 3 CST AT LEAST, not sure how long it's been stuck there before I saw it. Good thing I didn't put my code in.

finally changed to 1282 around 3:10 am est, I have another code but im gonna wait until the counter starts moving again
 
STILL 1282 at 4:58 am ET. I have two codes. Maybe I'll go ahead and enter one.

Edit: Looks like it went to 1283 at some point in the last five hours.
 
My friend is trying to tell me that inputting your code at the right time is exploiting the Taco Bell promotion and is considered "illegal". I fail to see his logic.

That's what I said. He's saying it's exploitation by watching the timer and inputting the code when there hasn't been a winner for a certain period of time.

I don't think I can win with him on this one. :|
 
Wow, I feel really bad for you guys, as it sounds like the whole contest and amount of winners has become a joke, which is especially disheartening when it was working perfectly about two weeks ago. I'm just worried I won't receive my Vita. I wish they had tracking.
 
WHOO! Super excited, and I can't believe it got here this quickly (won on February 1, didn't get final confirmation until February 7).

Yeah, I must admit I was worried after all the negativity surrounding this. I hope you guys get lucky too (if the contest isn't completely messed up now lol)!
 
Congrats to you. Now it just sucks I was won of the winners on the 30th and still awaiting any sort of correspondence from Taco Bell/Ventura. I sent an e-mail to the proper e-mail address about a week ago and still haven't had a reply from them (or physical mail, either).

I guess I might need to send a second?

Edit: Sent another e-mail. Let's see if that gets anywhere. I guess it's a good thing I haven't been contacted since the only thing I've heard they've replied to January 30th winners with are e-mails telling them they aren't real winners. We'll see how this goes.
 
I would. Incidentally, it's up to 1289 now, so six winners in the past 2-3 hours. Not exactly rolling again, but some forward momentum compared to yesterday.

Also, HOLY SHIT, SHADOW that's awesome!
