It's a bit weird but if its a good fighting game than I actually would actually prefer it. There are times when I get a bit tired seeing Woolie win the matches the majority of the time against the other guys.
Understandable that he wins since he plays the most fite game. Saw him twice in random streams.
I wouldn't they do a cross counter type shit like Mike and Gootecks do with the online adventures but then they gotta decide on a game. Local is still best tho
Woolie VS Reboot (Part 2)
Youtube

I MUCH prefer if they just wait... At least until they have local... The goal of FNF is to have an authentic feel of having buddies on the couch playing fight games with you from what Pat said. Its gonna be terrible if its online.
The torture resumes.

Two online only alpha/beta back to bakc where they ain't no new fight games coming out so they gotta do atleast one fresh fight game.

I'd much rather see a Battle Fantasia PC FNF than Rising Thunder

2nd Encore tho. I remember they said they'll come back to it after all the DLC characters came out.

I actually like a FNF if they played locally for around half the video and then play online for the rest of it like there third strike video wayyy back in the day.

I totally get what you mean, but in practice I think doing this as a one-off is fine.

Didn't they already do Battle Fantasia? New version got new guys or something.

Skullgirls and Ultimax will be played sooner or later.
But what about that Blazblue tho?

Sounds cool but it will never happen. And all the shitty old fighters don't even have online in the first place

Doesn't have to be every FNF. I can see it happening once in awhile like when SF5 comes out.

Playing a different fighter every time online wlll produce some scrubby salt.
Woolie has reached the peak of saltiness and anymore might prove fatal.
Blazblue will get a SMS where they play it for 15 minutes then switch to 3rd Strike.
Can't believe they still haven't done it even as a SMS.
They won't be able to ignore it since there is a new one every couple of months like Hyperdimesion and Atellier games.

Just a complete rebalance. Which is weird since its apparently a bad PC port.

I think they think it has too many characters. i'll be waiting for the day they play +R. I wonder if they'll be weirded out going back like I did.

They usually just play the latest version unless they are trolling like with SF4.
The chances of them playing the new Xrd which has a couple of new guys only is slim unless it they get real hyped about it.

That mii costume in smash 4 makes the decision to not put the ToS/2 remaster on WiiU even more confusing.

The fact that there actually liking Star fox Adventures is bugging me.

Starfox 64 is my favorite game of all time, half of my username is based on it.

I love starfox adventure, had lots of fun, I also really liked assault, I liked command at first but on replay years later, I could see the now bigger cracks.

Assault was my favorite because I loved playing multiplayer with my brother, but I liked the flying bits too.
Ground shooting was a little wonky with the aiming, but nothing serious.
Watching the Adventures vids make me think I'd never be able to play that game. I half want to turn off the video every time the shopkeeper speak or Fox does his little *item get* animation

Fun story, I didnt have internet for the longest, I mean I ahd internet before when I was a kid, but being a preteen I destroyed my computer by going to any type of porn site I could find, pornhub and stuff like that didnt exist so I had little work with.

Anyways I didnt get internet again until I was like 17, before that time I always thought what my username I would use across pretty much every site I join would be, naruto was on the last breaths of pre-neotoonami and I was the hugest fan, but I wanted it to connect with my love of starfox, so I came up with the name 'foxuzamaki' but I spelled it with a A instead of a U cause thats how I thought his name was spelt, which is a easy mistake, but I stuck with it.

Maybe its not a game meant for watching, but it is fun playing, especially when you memorized the game like I have. That "item get" animation is annoying, dont know why rare left that in. But its not as bad as zelda now where everytime you boot the game back up, it acts as if its your first time seeing it, tho I heard that was a bug with the engine.

Online matches for Rising Thunder is a bit weird, but eh, whatever I guess. I am now thinking an Excellent Adventures format with SF5 could be super cool with Woolie and Pat though. I'd love to see it as a side thing that doesn't take up a spot on 3pm/9pm rotation if possible. Might be a little time consuming or not worth it though, but dunno.

Where? also the game is pretty good.

Don't have any specific examples, but the tone throughout the LP is that their generally average to semi positive on the game.

Was it just me, or was Pat really low energy in that video? Not that I'm complaining, but he seemed kinda just there.
It seemed like he was focusing on the game to me. He just seemed kind of like his normal self when he's steering the game.

I would not mind actually playing through assault purely because I know literally nothing about it. I don't even know the general opinion on it.

That'd be cool if SBFP had their own equivalent of that show, just playing online with the fans with Pat and Woolie. Woolie beating everyone's shit and Pat losing his mind.

I would like if the TBFP crew would at least like once a month have a live stream event, that goes on for at least 2-4 hrs

MOD ALERT

This is in jest.

Please keep it as a jest :/

Edit: Just watched it, the SBF part was pretty funny. They've gotten a lot better at acting.

Routine is pretty good. Wouldn't it be Woolie instead? To fit the fighting games "adventure".

Woolie's name doesn't work for a JoJo riff because the shortest distinct syllable (Wool) is just way too long. "PatMatt" kind of works, but "WoolWool" sounds like an affable but not very bright were-sheep.

Yeah, was going to talk about the ZTV segment if people hadn't already. It was pretty good. Pat still sounds a little forced whenever he has to act now, but everyone else did super good. Liam still da champ.

"You guys talking about creepy anime?"
