I wish I understood the point of roster parity, Wii U really needs to differentiate itself from the 3DS version. Not just with better graphics and different stages.
It's coming out what, a minimum of 3 months or so later than the 3DS version, and Wii U roster has to be held back by the limitations of the 3DS?
My guess is both versions will have different unlockable secret characters. Shulk for Wii U version, Layton for 3DS version etc.
With the Wii U version releasing later, they're not going to want to spoil the identities of it's secret characters by using the same ones from the 3DS version, right?
