Gonna call shenanigans, if you have time to set up and take a picture of the select screen you have time to get better pictures and a pic of the disc or something else to verify its real. Plus there's no way they'd leave so many ?s like that

Ehhh, not buying it. The roster size looks to be at least 48+ from this image, the portraits are stripped straight from the Dojo, and it matches too well to the Brawl UI.
EDIT: Also, the P1 is too big. Theoretically 4 tokens should be on it, and that doesn't look right. Furthermore, in Melee and Brawl, they didn't reveal from the start the amount of unlockable characters. Don't think they'll do that here either.

The biggest red flag is how random the characters allowed playable are, why no Bowser or Mega Man? Would be mind boggling dumb to not let people not try him, also why only 2 newcomers period? Makes no sense

did anyone realized that P1 icon is on Marth but Marth appeared on P2 instead? So it's obvious fake.

The 3 could be for any number of adjustable settings and Marth is probably transparent because the player select icon is just over him and hasn't actually selected him yet.
I'm really slipping, I didn't even catch these things until you pointed them out.

Then what about 'Colors' under the options button? What would that even do?
This could make for a whole new set of arguments about fakes.
"It doesn't make sense? Well clearly no one making a fake would forget an obvious detail, so that suggests it's real and we just don't understand!" ;p

IIRC, the transparent thing is present in Brawl when you don't select a character but have the cursor over their spot.
Of course, that's just a red flag that the leaker is making all his or her UI assumptions based on Brawl.
Marth is a ghost. Ike killed him with his manliness.
That also assumes they somehow got rid of the selection hand.
