The last few days is rough for us Playstation fans

Juat looking at the headlines is shocking already...

Microsoft have Bethesda in the bag now...

You have to admit..that is a huge acquitition...

And they re still doing more acquitition...

And next are..posibly SEGA?

Whats next after this? EA? Ubisoft? Capcom? Rockstar?..or posibly...Sony itself?

Looking at Microsoft deep money..it is entirely posible...

Does Microsoft endgame is to deprived Sony and Nintendo of third party support ?

That force them have to have to rely solely on their first party title as their only game?

tbh..that reality is scary for us playstation and nintendo fans...

We are not ready for this...that sony and nintendo are powerless to outbid microsoft on purchasing third party publishers..

Now me..on behalf of playstation gamers...are asking microsoft...please dont do this...

In the name of fairness and equality...you have to treat everyone on equal footing....

I'm fully Team Sony, but I recognize it's good for the industry as a whole when there's competition. I hope MS continues to sell systems and acquire studios. The last thing I want is for Sony to think they have a monopoly over us.
 
I'm worried OP, you seem legit depressed, to the point you can barely spell. It seems that internet is taking a toll on you. Log off and come back fresh in a week. Sony and Nintendo will be fine.

I agree,

anywhere Sony sticks there nose now will be met with a one-up bid from The Giant. There is nothing they can do now, as there long time of cruising the quietude waters on the ship of success is coming to a halt. Except watch everything disappear from there platform as talent is sucked away left & right in the sudden night.

Isn't Sony already paying MS for a few timed exclusive games?
and for the use of Microsoft azure cloud infrastructure for ps now or did this never happen?
 
Sony could live only from their first party studios for as long as they want, cause any of rheir studios quality is unmatchable righr now (just in par wirh R*)

but on top of that is the one who most consoles sell EVERY generation. so any developer will gladly support the PlayStation brand 'cause this means more sales.

MS is doing an amazing job but lacks what sony does better.
Sell consoles and the PlayStation brand.

Also just imagine what sony could have done with RARE and what did MS with it.... it sums it all

So that's where my drug stash went.
 
Its has been pretty bleak. Sony should put out a PR statement like "We know the news inst good or happy but we can assure you we're not sitting around idly by and are working with our partners around the world..." or something to that effect. The radio silence has been a bad look for awhile but now it is deafening.
 
MS isn't going to be looking to buy any more publishers any more. Either too much $$ or way too many employees to take in. Also Japanese law makes it hard for foreign companies to buy japanese companies. MS will Only go after small independent studios. So nothing to fear.

It's one of those choices you have to make to advance the plot that determines which alternative ending you get, the game wouldn't work if you could do both.


In reality though, people are fucking morons that think brand loyalty is a thing 🤷‍♂️
 
I just don't care about lame console war shit. So what if Xbox fans get a big W after eating shit from all the Halo memes a few weeks ago.

I'm buying a ps5 and literally have like dozens of games in my backlog still. I just got around to God of War.
