R-Type looks really nice. I love when the "ground" of the dash is something related to the picture (in this case, a planet surface). I am currently using the Forza theme just because the guard rail do the same for it.

The SVIV premium theme 3 has nice reto touches (very, very similar to premium theme 2, except friends page is a 3D street in China?) but also a nasty fan art looking page for your games library... completely spoils everything. I wouldn't get it if I were you. Sorry no camera.

Wow, that Battlestar Galactica theme is a bit disappointing. The one they had a couple years ago for the Dashboard during Bringing It Home was so much better; it actually had pictures of the cast. I'm still using it even though it really doesn't work well under the NXE.

You know how to set up a Japanese account, right? (just use an e-mail with a Japanese valid address to create the account).

Then just buy some point cards through ebay, seller e-mail you the code, and you add points to your account.
