It was a bad point, I admit that, but I do understand statistics.
TF must have sold a million when including PC. A million units is nothing.
So we don't have a clue what the number is, why release a cryptic statement? will MS put people out of their misery?
That's speculative.
TF must have sold a million surely. The majority of the 125k will be XBO. So there are still PC sales to be added to that then the rest of the world.
What about the PC?If it has sold a million that's a 33% is attach rate WW for a online only game. I just don't expect that and would have expected PR had it happened.
What is?
Seems like an extremely big bump to me, no?
What about the PC?
That it's already sold over a million.

Not as big a bump as I thought.
This.Just to put it in perspective.
Wind Waker gave the WiiU a 685% bump in UK and MGS4 on PS3 was 700% in Japan.
So i kind of agree with op, the bump isn't really that big.
And this. The very fact they are quoting percentages and not real figures says it all.
What about the PC?
Given that it's week on week comparison and waiting a week got you a price cut and a free game I imagine the week prior to release might not have been that great.
96 percent of a small number?, haven't we seen sales of consoles boosted by 1000% in the past with release of titles.
Depends what the numbers were before.
Given that we've heard PS4 was outselling it 3:1, it's still not ahead of that.
I'll check at work today how many Titanfall bundles we have sold. I don't think it's many.
Like someone said before, when you have Vita sales climbing to 1000% increases on certain occasions, it's hard to take 94% seriously without some context numbers. With the high price and abundance of Xbones in the UK, I'd imagine the bump wasn't as great as the percentage makes it sound, but we'll see.

IF the sales turn out to not be that great for this game, what do you guys blame? New IP? Lack of single player? Platform exclusivity? I know all three of these probably hurt the game, but what do you guys think has the potential to hurt it the most?
Not really comparable since we know those Vita numbers were absolutely horrible, and possible down to three or four digits before the increase.
Only took 15 posts for the PS4 to be mentioned.
This is good news for Microsoft.
Aaaaaand.
This is horrible news for Microsoft.
Good, because... well... the console is selling more and the game is working as a killer application.
Horrible, because they are actually creating a fan base on a game they do NOT own and which most probably will end up (maybe even in a better shape) on the concurrent console (that is, PS4, you know).
All in all, a very delicate situation for Microsoft.
The PR silence from MS/EA thus far has been pretty deafening the past week, actually.
Has there been nothing from any of them yet? "Hundreds of thousands" quotes aside?

Microsoft will pull a CoD with the next Titanfall.
It won't matter if TF2 runs at 60fps@1080p on ps4 and 60fps@900p on XB1. Microsoft will buy timed exclusivity for DLC and that's enough excuse for people to get the game on that console.
Why is that a problem? Its the direct competition and the system that gets their potential costumers and all sales are compared to.
Wasn't enough in case of BF4. Xbox One userbase is the smallest of all platforms http://bf4stats.com

The usual apology I read here at GAF was "They wait a week before releasing data". I dont know if thats a good sign though.
