Motherfucker.

I got spoiled along with everyone else by Revelations.

Fuck.

Just saw the episode, thought it was good. Sex in blood scene was pretty wowee.

sexiest episode ever, sexiest tv ever.

sarah's panting plea for sex takes the cake though.

god damn that episode was awesome, and that trailer too!

i wonder who
sookie is in bed with? blonde ish hair, but the arm looked thin, and the way sookie looks at the camera was weird. im thinking someone fantasizes about sookie and sarah together in bed (which would be awesome). either that or she was woken up and surprised by the persons arm. please be sarah!

oh and it looked like it was Eric on the platform with silver chains on him didnt it?

Ok Jessica had her turn, now Sarah's up.

you know... when ryan kwanten was on aussie tv... he just didn't get the kind of roles like this that made you think he was remotely decent/awesome. The reaction to him on this board kind of amuses me because he'll always be Vinny from Home and Away to me. Really lame. Really really lame.

finally caught up to the last episode. I'm enjoying it for the most part -- though I did hate the slow monotony of the Maryanne storyline. The last episode was good, but the two previous weren't as hot.

I read the 1st book two weeks back and, in comparison, I enjoyed True Blood Season 1 over the 1st book (Dead Until Dark). I'm holding back from reading the 2nd book until the end of Season 2 so I save myself any spoilers of any kind.

I agree with majority of what people are saying.

+ Love the Jessica and Hoyt storyline.
+ Love the addition of Sarah
+ I enjoyed Daphne and Sam together.
- I can't stand Maryanne and how slow her storyline was paced.
- Bill and Sookie are getting boring together. Too many late night talks in bed and then sex. I appreciate the sex, but I find the sucking of Bill's blood ridiculous to watch on television since it looks cheesy.
+ I enjoy Jason and Luke's rivalry, especially their talk when they were building the platform.

I still wish Bubba would be introduced from the 1st book.

HBO series 'True Blood' launches real Tru Blood bottled beverages to be sold in stores this fall

The once-fictional Tru Blood beverage from the HBO hit series "True Blood" will be coming to life in bottle form this September.

The blood-orange carbonated drink has a slightly tart and lightly sweet flavor that is sure to taste better than the O negative blood consumed by the show's fictional vampires.

Crafted to replicate the appearance of the synthetic blood beverage preferred by the undead in the series, the real-life drink will also be called Tru Blood.

"From its first season, fans have been enamored with the show and have expressed a keen interest in the Tru Blood beverage," added James Costos, vice president of licensing and retail at HBO. "We're extremely excited to be able to bring this original drink to life."

Allan Ball, creator and executive producer of the series, announced the launch of the bottles at the San Diego Comic-Con convention and joked that the drink was a mixture of "wine, vodka, Vicodin, Viagra and Ecstasy" and that it was "completely illegal."

While they will cost an arm and a leg ($16 for a four-pack)
, curious fang fans will no doubt be stocking up on the drinks when they hit store shelves this fall.

Until then, fans can pre-order Tru Blood at www.HBO.com/store.

:lol

I'm psyched for the tru blood! I was tellin my girlfriend, that it actually looks really tasty minus the microwaving part. Now I can try it out!

Now they just need to bring to life the stringy ninja turtles pizza, the chocolate milk from rugrats, and Krabby Patties!:lol

edit- ouch 4 dollars... steep. I'll still try it out though!

I've watched maybe 2-3 episodes of season 2 so far & I gotta say two things. That leadership course makes my stomach turn inside out :( It's a cool idea for the character but damn, I hate those people :lol

And Michelle Forbes! :D She outclasses every single woman on the show in pure sexiness. I think I'm in love :lol

i bet the church is planning on sacrificing godwrick at that ceremony which opens up a new can of speculation.

Well that's pretty much what was revealed with that 2,000 year old vampire comment in the episode.

I love how Godwrick is a teenager. I really like the way this show is going. I'm really curious about what Maryann is though.

Looks like whoever suggested Maenad was right.

Fairly big possible spoiler, do not read unless you like ruining your own fun!

From what I remember, Godrick is tired of living and actually wants to "meet the sun", though from what I remember, theres actually two vampires in that bunker.

Not surprised, but
thanks. :)

how are they going to find a teenager who can act like he's been alive for thousands of years though?

I'd say that Daphne has trumped Maryann recently in that department.

And then there's Jessica... I met the girl who plays her last week too, IRL it was kind of a letdown...

Well, they already have I suppose, considering we saw Godric and the guy playing him (Allan Hyde) last episode. I mean, do you people even watch this show?

yeah but that was back when he was maybe a hundered years old......

my point is, when we really get to know his character it might be kind of hard to have a kid come off as thousands of years old in normal conversations

He's 2000 years old. Eric is 1000 years old.

right, i already have a hard time believing eric is 1000 years old and hes played by an adult. i figure a 2000 year old would be incredibly enlightened and have an air of perfect elegance about them. the script could work just out just fine, but godric should never appear nervous, unsure, or simply uncontrolled at anytime which physically can be very hard to do, especially for a young actor...

it probably wont be a big deal.

Would it be any different in real life though? If I had some dude who looked 15 talking to me but they were really 2000 years old I'd be all like "FUCK OFF KID".

Then they would drain my body of blood and rip my guts out. Good times.

Are you saying all this without seeing the episode? Dude just wait a few hours :)

i dont know. we'd have to find a 2000 year old and see how they act. if i were 2000 years old though i bet i could play everybody on this planet like a fiddle, or intimidate someone purely with my flawless mannerisms.

oh i got faith. the kid is a good actor so far, and it probably wouldnt be a big deal anyway. at the very least he just has to seem like an average adult for me to not be bothered by it.

so anyone wanna make some last minute predictions?

i bet sam shifts and makes a run for it

Maryann actually has a penis and gives Sam a good old fashioned raping. Doggystyle of course.
