Hundreds of soldiers surrounding a helpless victim and all gloating about how it is scared. As a stand alone scene, it doesn't come off that way, but within the context of the movie as a fascist propaganda film-within-a-film, it's 100% fucked up.

Eh, it's not like the Brain Bug was some innocent bystander. It sucked people's brains out of their skulls while they were still alive so that it could gather intel to better coordinate the murder of more humans. It was only helpless because it's brain sucker appendage was cut off by its intended victim.
