you know in hindsight, I'm looking at this gif and seeing that it's clearly an effective joke and I can't help but think parody really did him a disservice, even if we clearly would not have wanted another Bush presidency either.
He intends to bleed this country dry to preserve his own (fake billionaire) wealth, even better if it means plenty of opportunities to funnel the money back into his own pockets, as with the Secret Service's Mar-a-Lago expenses.
