AK47 with the accuracy mod is still balls.

I tried for like the first time in a long time to play "normally". So no KAL7 hipfire bullshit.

Just normal AK47, accuracy mod, and a para, while trying to aim.

Fuck, I sucked. Long range was worthless. Not even worth shooting the bullets. Shortrange, people were smoking with me with hipfire/melee.

Try with the control sensitivity at the lowest setting. I find that helps a lot.

rage quit trying to get the assassination medals to level up my cloak. Fuck. It is so annoying. equipped a LVL2 back in the saddle booster (to enable quick respawn) and then spent the last hour trying to snap necks and failing epicly. I had to turn off the ps3 before I threw the controller at the screen.

even with the amount of tries, I can't fucking do it. They need an icon instead of the normal melee button so you can actually tell if you succeeded or not. something to distinguish a stealth attack vs a normal melee. guess it doesn't matter... can't do it = can't do it.

I think there is an icon for assassination... It shows up in one of the corners I think when you are about to assassinate someone as you are behind them.

It really does seem unreasonably hard to level up the boosters. I think the only one I've levelled up is regeneration and it's only a silver.

Is there a single rifle that is good, hell even DECENT at long range? This is what irks me the most. Even with the accuracy mod the G-MAL is just as useless, I can't even tell what changed.

Damage is the same as far as I can tell. Maybe it's just me but it seems like the G-MAL's burst might be slower or there's a too much bullet spread in each burst. In the beta if I was scoped in I could generally make all 6 shots hit from two bursts. I hardly ever had to fire more than 3 bursts to kill someone.

I guess it doesn't matter what version you buy, the unlocks/xp/money are tied to the account you're playing this promo on (not the one you used to download it that I presume it was a dummy one as 95% of the current player base).

It does? It won't let me go any higher than 695,800. At the end of every match my xp goes up but it resets back to 695,800 once I am in the lobby again so I am never really gaining any more xp.

Oh I see, guess they just fake you out with an increasing tally then reset it. Haven't spent enough time post 35 to notice one way or the other. Thanks for pointing that out.

It is... I had the pleasure of picking it up a few times, and was thorougly amazed at how quickly you can mince through opponents. And do ND have internal testers...? Obviously not considering how this and U2 turned out...

They REALLY broke something, imo. 2 of them sounded like headshots (because that kind of metallic sound when hitting is a headshot, right?). I mean in the game, the replay doesn't show it taht way, but still... enough shots to take someone down imo...
