They should get the rights and make Banjo... it isn't like Rare is going to do so these days unless it is a Kinect game
Why does it matter? Nintendo owns the code. Sega still exists too if for any reason (I can't personally see) they would need to touch it again.
As someone who loved the original on GC a FZero HD remake sounds great indeed, but in the first place I am not sure - but I could be wrong - whether Nintendo could handle it internally - in fact I gather that was the reason why they outsourced it to Sega, as they had a knack for arcade racers genre.
Either way, assuming Nintendo had the talents to handle it, then why not develop the spiritual successor of FZero GX instead?
Besides, I don't know whether there may be any legal conundrums, Sega and Nintendo seem to be on good terms of lately so that shouldn't be too big a deal though.
skyward sword HD without motion controls.
Anything F-Zero related would be nice though.
It could be done. How the hell would that even work without essentially making a new game rehashing Skyward Sword content?

Yes please. This is the one and only thing keeping me from purchasing the Wii U (And many Wii games).
I don't like motion controls. I've yet to play a game where they contributed or felt superior to a controller...other than perhaps Wii sports and similar sports titles.

They won't do it, but they should.F-zero gx with online.
Day one.F-Zero GX
F-ZERO GX
F-ZERO GX
It'd be fine.I really doubt that a simple HD remaster with something extra nice added like online would be too taxing for Nintendo. They wouldn't need to do anything that changes the gameplay.
New F-Zero would be nice but somehow I doubt Nintendo would be willing to take that risk. Anything F-Zero related would be nice though.
Sega was just contracted to do the game. Nintendo owns the code.
