What will Sony show at the VGAs?

Actually I'm more interested on 3rd party. Bethesda have nothing on next gen except elder scroll online, I want to know whats their next big console title.

Yes I hope to see some 3rd Party stuff. Fallout 4 make it happen. And the Mass Effect 4 Trailer.
I guess Sony will show some Order 1886 gameplay or even Uncharted but I don't expect any new AAA titel from them

Winter = Driveclub
Spring = Second Son
Summer = The Order (?)
Autumn = Uncharted
As I've said already 2014 looks pretty packed with 1st party PS4 titles. I don't think we'll get anything else and I don't think that they'll announce any new 2014 titles at VGA beyond some new indies maybe. E3(ish) is the next stop when there will be new 2015 announcements.

The Uncharted teaser mentioned 15 years. It's been 15 years since Crash 3. Naughty Dog is making a new Crash game: CONFIRMED
 
Folks keep getting hyped up for no reason and then get disappointed at the result.

My guess is that Sony's VGX stuff will be very short:
1) Trailer for Uncharted
2) Possible The Order: 1866 trailer
3) Possible MLB 14: The Show trailer

That's it. Don't expect new game reveals. Sony will keep new games for E3 next year.

The Last of Us was revealed there, why not? Hell, we've had games like Skyrim, Mass Effect 3, Batman: Arkham City, and a few other big ones I'm not able to remember at the time that were all revealed there. I'm expecting some big shit, especially since it's right at the beginning of a new gen.
 
I expect U4 trailer, The Order gameplay and that is about it.

I would be happy enough with that if we actually see U4 visuals, but I don't even expect that much. I mean as incredible as I expect the Order to look, revealing next to U4 might not be a good idea, considering how good I expect that game to look. Maybe they will show SSM game instead. I would be happy with that.

VGX has become as big or bigger than E3 for major game reveals

MGS5, Dark Souls 2 last year.
So much awesome games were announced at the VGA Awards, we can expect something.

I await greatness, nothing less! Not really, the hyped up All Access was an absolute letdown, I wanted to watch VGA stuff for the first time, but now I'm not sure if it's worth it, better just play on my shiny new EU PS4 ;)
 
There's a lot of stuff in the pipeline and there's more than one game in development at Sony Santa Monica:

Stig's game (New IP)
Corey Barlow (New IP)
I think Dave Jaffe is back at SSM and working on something (GOW IV ?)
Then there are people allocated to supporting The Order: 1886

Bend (?)
MM (?)


Psygnosis/ Sony Liverpool - (Wipeout PS4 got cancelled months ago, but I hope it comes back)(Shadow of the Beast)
Hopefully they change the head design of the main character in Shadow of the Beast.
 
I just saw it mentioned, but I really want to see some Fallout 4 footage. I know that given the past of Fallout 3 (don't remember if it was the same for New Vegas) it might get DLC first on Xbox, but I hope that a trailer for the game is put out there soon. i miss my baby.
 
At some point there's going to be the mother load of announcements, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm starting to feel like everything is just in process and not necessarily green lit yet. It'll probably be until March before the secrets are revealed.
 
I'd be happy with just The Order and/or Uncharted gameplay to be honest.

Third party-wise, more MGS, Mass Effect and Fallout seem to be a lock. I also have a feeling we might be seeing what Rocksteady is working on, which should be exciting.
 
I think drive club is a possibility. Maybe with a new date, just to keep it in people's minds and bring up the fact that it's "free" with ps plus.

That would seem like a let down for me, par for the course. I want to see 1 or 2 new revelations from Sony, particularly revivals of old IPs.
 
I'm hoping Disney adds R2D2 and C3P0 to Kingdom Hearts. Maybe Jar-jar, even. I think those three along with Yoda are the most fitting Star Wars characters for a game like Kingdom Hearts.

I'd love to see Disney begin to add their new IP's to the Kingdom hearts mix and make E3 the place to debut that.

Could you imagine the fire storm that would unleash across the internet? Probably the largest we've ever seen. It would make the FF14 announcement at Sony's E3 seem tame.
 
I'm pessimistic b/c of the All Access event. Realistically the VGXs is probably 3 hours for some reason. That's enough time to be a mini-E3.
 
FamousMortimer said a while back that there were two major PS4 exclusives for next year that we hadn't seen yet. This was right after TGS. One of them was definitely Uncharted, here's hoping we see the other soon.
