Moto Razr <-- My first phone
iPhone 2G <-- great until I lost it in snow
HTC Evo V <-- My most favorite phone, and with a ZeroLemon battery and 3D screen
LG Optimus G e970 <-- Good, but found a better phone, gave to aunt
Xperia X Ultra <-- HUGE phone, but I broke it by submerging it into Mount Olympus's Poseidon's Rage
Xperia Z3 <-- Accidentally left it unsupervised on college table for 20 seconds, then was stolen
Moto X Pure <-- Nice phone, and it's GSM/CDMA, sold it
HTC M9 <-- Great audio DAC, but have bad IMEI, gave to aunt

LG v20 <-- Currently using, and is the best phone I ever had, and hopefully the last phone I ever use!

As you can see, I'm very bad with phones. And trust me, I don't even use them as intended.

Hated the HTC and I detest the s6 edge. Either staying safe with Sony next or trying out an iPhone.

Loving the 7 so much. Will probably upgrade to the 8 this year.

I also had N-Gages and N-Gage QDs which Nokia wouldn't stop sending to me. Never tried using them as phones, though.

I'm only listing phones that I actually used in excess of a week. I'm pretty sure that this is the extent of my phone history in that regard:

Nokia 3589i
Motorola E815
LG Chocolate 2
LG Chocolate 3
HTC Droid Eris
HTC Trophy (I'd go back to using this in a heartbeat if I knew that the People Hub still worked in its entirety. I love Windows Phone 7.5.)
HTC 8X
Microsoft Lumia 735
Apple iPhone SE

I started out with some long non-flip nokia around 1998 or so, moved to a smaller nokia in 1999, then went ham and got a sick LG stainless steel flip phone (VX8700) which I still have (I dont use it though) but I god damn love the form and feel. That was a very well designed flip phone! I followed that up with an iPhone 4, then later an iPhone 6 which I still rock to this day.

Huewai Ascend
Galaxy Nexus

And by the end of this year I will get my first flagship phone either Pixel 2 or Galaxy S8.

All these years later I still chuckle at what a fucking moron that guy is.

1. Nokia 1600 was my first one, rarely used it.
2. Nokia 5300 was my second one. I was gifted an OG iPod Touch, which in time prompted me to ask for an...
3. iPhone 3G, which I spent a few years with before actually buying myself a cellphone for once.
4. iPhone 4. It was such a breath of fresh air, I remember getting it when the iPhone 5 was the "new" big thing in stores and I was mesmerized at how fast and slick it was.
5. iPhone 4S. I did just fine with the regular 4 for (heh) a few years, then got this one as I was entering my 3rd year of med school, so, around 2.5 years ago.
6. iPhone 5S. Last year, just as everything seemed to run slower and slower, and my battery was starting to die, I got an offer from a guy who seemed to be in a hurry to sell his 5S and I took it. It was time for an upgrade and it was really cheap, so I decided to go for it.

I'm in love with the iPhone! I'd love to get an iPhone 7 and I'll definitely do so when I stop being a poor student.

Some cheap generic phones, then the LG Optimus 4 I think. It was a POS from day 1

Currently rocking a iPhone SE, I'll probably be using this for the next 5 years as long as I don't break it

Nokia 5110
Nokia 3310
Motorola SLVR
Iphone 3GS - Lost in Vegas on my own bachelor party
iphone 4 - Lost in cancun on friends bachelor party
Samsung Galaxy S4
LG G4 - warranty covered 2x on boot loop then dropped in toilet
Samsung Galaxy S7 current

Starting in approx 2000

Siemens C35i
Nokia 3330
Sharp GX1
Sony Ericsson T100
Nokia 6100
Samsung E350
Motorola L6
Sony Ericsson W810i
Nokia 6120c
Nokia 5800
Galaxy S
Galaxy Nexus
Nexus 4
Nexus 5
OnePlus One
Honor 7
Galaxy Note 5

I think out of all those, my favourite was the OnePlus One on Kit Kat. Battery lasted forever.

Worst is a toss-up between the Sharp GX1 (brick) and the Motorola L6. I think I kept the L6 for about 2 weeks, so that might take the mantle. At least the GX1 had novelty value with its camera.

1. My first phone was the LG Rumour, which I used through the latter half of high school. I was a little late to the phone party.
bell_lg_rumour.jpg

2. After that contract ended, I switched carriers and got an LG Xenon. The touch screen was interesting to me at the time.

3. When I started working and getting my own money I then took a leap to a white iPhone 5. I used that for a couple years until the battery started expanding and no one in my area would replace it (my city lacks an Apple store), so I used that as an excuse to get something new. I wanted a different phone anyway by that point.

4. My current phone (bought last year) is a Moto X Play. It's not quite as powerful as the higher-end Android models, but it does well for my purposes, and has a decent camera and great battery life. I'll probably use this until it dies. In black though, not white.

Some old Siemens phone from 2001 or so.
Some Sony Ericsson phone
Galaxy S2
Galaxy S6

Basically I buy a new phone every four to five years.

EDIT:

C35 and W810 from the poster above sound incredibly familiar. Might actually be those for my Siemens and Sony Ericsson.

I'm amazed you ppl remember all this shit. I've even kept a ton of mine in a box somewhere but I can't really list in order precisely...

First was that common Nokia with a million faceplates.

Then the Matrix slide phone.

Then a bunch of shit that doesn't matter. Some with slide out keyboards.

Then I went all Nexus.

- Nexus One.
- Nexus S.
- Galaxy Nexus.
- Nexus 4.
- Nexus 5.

Now an LG G3. Soon to be changed.

Admittedly, I don't really care about my phone. It's a GPS/Camera I can text with really.
