I know! that's the sexiest thing about the controller - it's only 20 bones.WordAssassin said:My pubes are much more curly than that. That's just my hair.
As for the Hori pad VS the CC, I can tell you right off the bat that the CC has more buttons and has Wii functionality. It also has dual analog sticks and the button layout of the CC is about eight million times better than the layout of the GCN pad. It's also more comfortable and the Z button isn't in a retarded place.
Seriously it's like the best standard game pad available and it's only $20.
The Wiimote basically becomes the Wireless port to the console.Battersea Power Station said:Are you ever aware, while playing a game with the CC, of the Wiimote's useless, corpse-like hanging? Or does it become "invisible?"
Because from the outside, it would look pretty dumb.

Milpool said:Are there any contacts on the controller? Otherwise it wouldn't know when to rumble, unless it used the bluetooth.
Also, does anyone know if this is definately the packaging used in the UK?
Should be, there's been lots of images with that kind of box released and used on all kinds of websites. It's hot stuff.

LUNA said:The misterious slots could be to attach the wiimote. Remember it was supposed to exist that classic shell for the wiimote.
The controller looks fine but I am in love with the GC button configuration around tha big A button. I cannot understand why if Nintendo found this last layout would improve the diamond one for GC they went bakwards.
Best regards

Yes but also Wii games. At the moment they are Wiimote crazy as they should be...but I can see this as an alternative down the road..Abras. said:So the classic controller only works with emulated games?

Wrong, DBZ:BT2 uses it too. It's much better on the Classic than it is on the PS2 controller.FoxHimself said:Very few Wii games will ever use the classic controller. Right now only Metal Slug uses it.

Seems obviousperryfarrell said:That's weird. For what type of games is the classic controller intended, then? Not for Gamecube games. Not for Wii games (except a select few). Only for emulated games?

The system transfers all functions to the Classic Controller (hence, how the CC has the minus, home, and plus buttons).sebby said:If you have ONE Wiimote and ONE Classic Controller... can you use both of them simultaneously for Multiplayer-Games (Bomberman '93, for example, which can also be played with the Wiimote only) so that one player uses the Remote and the other player uses the CC connected to the Remote? Or does the system recognize the Wiimote+CC combo as one controller, only?
